These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and AF Sales & Marketing, Inc (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our website and digital marketing services.
We agree to provide the digital marketing services as detailed in specific statements of work or quotes provided to you. While we strive to meet all agreed-upon timelines for campaign launches, content delivery, and reporting, specific results (such as SEO rankings) require variable timeframes and cannot be instant.
Fees for our services are set forth in the project proposal. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt. Failure to pay within the agreed terms may result in the pausing of campaigns or suspension of services.
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and our proprietary marketing strategies, source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) are owned or controlled by us.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with a written notice period as defined in your specific service contract. Upon termination, all outstanding payments for services rendered up to the termination date become immediately due.
